Peter Slack is a 43 year old 3rd generation hill farmer in the beautiful Peak District National Park. Farming dairy cattle and sheep with the help of his wife Sylvia, children Matthew Lydia and Samuel. Not forgetting Border Collie Meg.It's a typical family hill farm.
